In your next monthly meeting when the executive management wants to see all the figures from your team’s endeavours, you’ll probably see the usual frowns when they see all the time allocated to cold calling.

Time spent on the phones with cold calling scripts, on really low percentage returns, does tend to tie a disproportionately high number of personnel resources for the returns.
